The terms that apply when you use featurecycle.com and the FeatureCycle app.

Agreement
By creating an account or using FeatureCycle you agree to these terms. If you use FeatureCycle on behalf of an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in your workspace. Keep your contact information current.
Plans and billing
The Growth plan is billed yearly per paid seat. Owners, admins and editors use paid seats; analysts have free read-only access. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing prices for your next billing period.
Your content
You own the content you and your customers add to FeatureCycle. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide the service. AI-generated drafts are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing and approving what you publish.
Acceptable use
- Do not use FeatureCycle to send spam, break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.
Third-party services
Connections such as GitHub or GoHighLevel are governed by those providers' terms. You can disconnect them at any time.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can export your data before your account is closed.
Disclaimers and liability
FeatureCycle is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
